A 65-year-old female presented with ulcerative lesions on the head area. Initially appearing on the left side of the head, they slowly expanded to the back and right side. A 24 year old male who presented with a 10 year history of an asymptomatic slowly growing skin lesion on his face. Skin examination revealed a solitary rounded 2.5 × 2.5 cm erythematous plaque with central crustation on the left side of his face. Answer
