Dermatopathology Case 165

 A 65-year-old female presented with ulcerative lesions on the head area.  Initially appearing on the left side of the head, they slowly expanded to the back and right side. The right lesion seemed to be accompanied by bleeding.

Immunohistochemistry -
VIII-related antigen (+), CD31 (+)and CD34 (+)
